B. Sensitive Health & Symptom Data (Self-Logged)

C. Passive Biometric Data via Connected Devices

  • If you choose to sync your account with third-party wearable devices or health platforms (such as Apple Health or Oura), VEDA MenoMap IQ processes passive biometrics including:
  • Nocturnal wrist/skin temperature variance.
  • Sleep architecture (deep sleep duration, sleep latency, 3:00 AM awakenings).
  • Resting heart rate (RHR) and Heart Rate Variability (HRV).
  • Connecting these sources is strictly optional and requires your explicit in-app authorization.

  • Peer Community Interaction: To run the community forum, show trending posts, and notify you when community members like or reply to your threads.
  • Account Communications: To deliver transactional notices, scheduled evening trigger reminders (if enabled), streak alerts, and critical security notices.

4. How Your Information Is Shared

VEDA MenoMap IQ shares your data only in the limited circumstances described below:
